Pain started suddenly on Tuesday, was able to control it with ibuprofen and numbing solution on the gums. No tooth/teeth in the area of pain. Can't pinpoint the pain either. Have some facial swelling as well. Pain had become do constant that ibuprofen does nothing. There's nothing visual that I can see to figure out the cause. My b/p is 135/85.

I've been a headache, runny nose, mild tonsils enlargement with sore throat and having a mild dry cough as well from last two days. I have taken Mega CV 625 and Exodol P 200 and Sinarest as well. But it doesn't prove to be helpful. Which medicines should i take instead of these?
