Lft sd jaw pain constant throbbing sharp
Pain started suddenly on Tuesday, was able to control it with ibuprofen and numbing solution on the gums. No tooth/teeth in the area of pain. Can't pinpoint the pain either. Have some facial swelling as well. Pain had become do constant that ibuprofen does nothing. There's nothing visual that I can see to figure out the cause. My b/p is 135/85.

If there is no tooth in area of pain then you need to get an IOPA X-ray done of that region to get a proper diagnosis. Please visit a dentist asap. Because taking ibuprofen or other painkillers won't solve the problem completely.
