Recurring fever in 7 hours+ body pain + sore throat+ cough + watery nose after sometime Pharmacist suggested Sinarest + zerodol P+ azithromycin two times a day. Taking medicine from 4 days. Fever comes in 8-10 hours . What else should I take?

He is having fever from yesterday as temperature is 104°, 102°. Also took P 650 2 times Nd Azithromycin tablet last night. Today RT PCR test will be done. So he is having fever no doctor wants to ready for checkup. Kindly suggest.

My mother is having fever from past 5 days. We gave calpol -650 for first 3days and then started with nimgo p, ziffi 400 , vitamin and zinc tablets. The fever comes back if any medicine is missed. Also, she is having a lot of weekness and can't smell few things. What should I do
