Hello doctor, I am facing pain in lower back, lower abdomen, testicles and newly pain started on thighs. Pain is from 2 weeks. I am taking oflowin, bigspar-p from Saturday (5 days course). Let me know if I have to follow any other medications? Or should I undergo any surgery? Please suggest.

I have been experiencing a painful lump in armpit. Three days back i consulted a doctor and he recommended 2 kinds of tablets(Aldigesic-P, Augmed 625mg), but there is no relief from pain nor decrease in the size of lump despite using these tablets.
