Day before yesterday i did bench press and some triceps weight lifting exercises after almost an year, and the weights were quite heavy, and i did not do a nice warm up. now i my chest muscles are paining badly. and my triceps are also paining badly. i had zerodol-p day before yesterday and yesterday, but seems like it did not work.

Can I mix two to three mother tinctures in a cup of water for cough? Or do I need to take one mother tincture at time for example can I mix 10 drops of Grindelia R with 10 drops of Justicia along with 4 drops of Balasum P in a cup of water?

My 6 years kid(27 kg weight) had fever(99.3) from yesterday night,I gave him crocin -250 syrup(8 ml),2 doses I had given till now. Still fever is not down,he is active.
