Fever and vomit
My daughter is crying continuously from last night in every half an hour or an hour sleep interval and she vomited also in the early morning she is a fussy eater and still on bm by touching her forehead I can feel a littile feverish she is.
Can I give her calpol drops in these symptoms or anything else and if yes please help me with the dosage also.
P. S--- my daughter is one a half year old

Please meet your pediatrician find cause of symptoms as well
