Vitamin d3 and multivitamin
During these lockdown days, we are not able to take our 3year old boys out in Sun. Sunlight is not available to them in any condition which results in non availability of Vitamin D .so can we give Vitamin D3 drops.
Which one can we give.
Calcimax-p suspension with 200iu 4ml
or
jusdee800 1ml??
Please mention which multivitamin should be given n how much.

Zincovit syp 5ml ince a day for multivitamins..
