Yes if the formulation is 1ml/400 IU ...give 1 ml If formulation is 1ml/800 IU...give 0.5ml  once a day till one year of age. Dose remains the same for entire age and doesn't increase with  age

1) Yes ,you can give Cipla D-Sol 400 IU drops instead of Nutri-D — but the important thing is the DOSE (400 IU per day), not the brand. 2) For a 1-month-old baby: Recommended Vitamin D dose = 400 IU per day This is advised for all exclusively breastfed babies. Important: 3) Different brands have different concentrations. If Nutri-D 1 ml = 400 IU, then that’s fine. If Cipla D-Sol provides 400 IU in 1 ml, you can give 1 ml daily. Some preparations give 400 IU in 0.5 ml — so always check the label. 4) The key is: Total daily dose should be 400 IU. 5) Do not exceed 400 IU unless specifically advised. Reassurance: 6) Reassurance: There is absolutely no problem in switching brands as long as the dosage is correct. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the same molecule in all brands.
Next Steps
If you want, you can send me a picture of the D-Sol label and I’ll confirm the exact dose for you.
