I am suffering from GAD disorder and I am facing the anxiety throughout whole day I am getting anxious in doing every work and i am also suffering from sleep anxiety I am anxious about sleep please suggest me anything that helps me to get out of these problem

"I am struggling to focus on anything, especially my studies, and this issue is becoming increasingly severe. I no longer feel excited about anything and am scared of anything new in my life. These feelings have intensified, particularly since the Covid pandemic, and I fear I may be slipping into depression. Please provide information on medications or steps I can take to improve my mental health."

I took fludac 10 mg medicine in Jan- Feb 2023 due to a depressive episode, was unable to sleep for more than a month then at a dr's prescription I took the medicine Now, from this year February I have been going through a lot personally My hunger died and emotionally challenging situations I feel like going through a major depressive state in my life. I try to live, laugh but am unable to .. Can I resume the pills ?

Dr I have been going through a mentally traumatic state since February I used to have nightmares but no anxiety From past 2 weeks I have again resumed on nightmares I soon realised I am into depression from the past week I stopped talking to anybody I sleep 11-12 hrs I don't feel like waking up from bed or changing my clothes I don't need therapy , I feel it can't help me In the last week I lost a close one Especially after her loss I started feeling this way Whenever I m with people I put up a fake smile and avoid them I wanna go home and sleep My anxiety was completely gone yesterday night I had a mild anxiety attack lasting 10-15 mins Just now I slept after work , woke up to some bad thoughts can't recall Shall I take fludac tablets? I hv taken in the past fir 2 months

I am a Banker and had been hyper active for last 26 years. I am under treatment for BP and consuming Nebestar 5 for last 10 years. So far no dose has been increased till now. But from last 2 years, I was advised to take Depran 5.  I tried to leave the tablet but felt uneasy after that. Since last 6 months I am forgetting things and get confused and also forget the things often. Usually I do my best in current situation but on next day I am not able to recollect the things and explain same. Kindly guide.

I am emotionally dependent on others. I don't feel happy with myself. I am overthinking mostly and don't do things which are important to me. I feel no motivation to do anything because of all the past failures I had in life. What should I do?
