I m having bad and horrible dreams from a long time. Specially of toilet and i find my self very filthy. And sometimes ghosts and i wake up horrified . I m having bipolar behaviour. And suicidal thoughts came so frequently. Consulted many doctors but no use. Don't know where to start what to tell and what not.. Feeling failed now.
