Dream like state
From 2-3 days I feel like I am in a dream, and this feeling comes and goes every 30-40 mins. I also feel dizzy and feel like sleeping, it becomes a little blury/dazy for few seconds. However, when at night I sleep, I get weird dreams and I am unable to make out whether it is real or is it a dream. Most of the times, it is a very strong nightmare, but it is always dazy, cloudy sort of and when I wake up I feel confused about whether am I actually awake or is it still a dream, am I stuck in that dream, am I able to come out of it into the real world, is this real or a dream etc. During the day time, I keep zoning out, and my eyes feel heavy and I feel dizzy again, and want to go to sleep. Even during the morning, my eyes feel heavy and I find it a little difficult to get up/wake up completely. During this time, there's slight headache, jaw and eye pain.

Hi, I believe you are experiencing some unresolved issues which you may not be consciously aware of. Worries, fear of worst happening, somatic (bodily) symptoms, disturbed sleep, nightmares etc if some of these are present then I would like to suggest you Deep Breathing exercise. Thrice a day, especially before you sleep. If it works then you can seek more relaxation exercises. To rule out other psychological or neurological conditions, I can do online neuropsychological assessments under 2k and you'll get a descriptive Psychometric report that you can read and understand.
Next Steps
Tips Warm shower (nighttime) healthy Sleep hygiene Reduced spicy and oily food at night (if you have gastrointestinal issues) most importantly, speaking to a person who you genuinely trust.
Health Tips
Take care,

The descriptions looks like Feelings of depersonalization and derealization and it can be very disturbing and may feel like you're living in a dream. Usually it’s common in people who have gone through some traumatic experiences in life Normally psycho therapy/ talk therapy is recommended in such situations however, You will have to see a doctor if you persistently have these feelings Which can be emotionally disruptive, they don’t go away or keep coming back It Interferes with work, relationships or daily activities, it could also be due to prolonged stress, anxiety, depression or use of recreational drugs
Next Steps
See a clinical psychologist and get a psychological assessment done to understand your diagnosis followed by treatment

This is very little information based in which a conclusion can be formed. This sounds like dissociation which is one of the symptoms of anxiety or panic. This could also be coming from a place of lack of adaptation to the environment if there have been any recent life or environmental changes.
Next Steps
It would be nice if you could consult a counseling psychologist or a clinical psychologist. they will better be able to help you with this. You can also contact me through the information given out here.

To understand the problem, some more information-history is needed.  It's good to seek one to one consultation than taking general advice. Take care.

Hello. You need to get your physical check up done. Go in for your Cbc ( hb etc test) along with your sugar level testing. You might have a deficiency of hémoglobin or vitamins for they too lead to dizziness, weakness and over sleeping ...so these need to be ruled out. More information will be required to really understand your zoning out if there are no medical indications. In the meantime you can start with some exercise/ yoga and breathing exercises. Keep yourself busy doing activities. Have a proper schedule of sleep - wake timing, pick up a skill, indulge in a hobby etc. Before sleep have a routine- you can take a bath, have a glass of honey milk, read, leave your gadgets 2 hours before bed. All this will help. You can contact me once your reports come through Practo @ drvatsalawadhwathakur
Next Steps
Medical checkup and Counselling
Health Tips
Sleep routine Sleep - wake timings fixed Exercise Yoga/ meditation/ breathing exercises Counselling after medical checkup

Hi! Thank you for reaching out I can imagine this must be very difficult for you and it must be causing you a lot of distress. This kind of a situation can happen to anyone and it’s not going to be very difficult to get out of it once you’ve recognised it and are willing to work on it. This can happen due to many reasons and the key to it is to have a good routine, try and sleep and wake up at the same time everyday and get 8 hours of sleep. Get 30-45 mins of exercise everyday and eat your meals on time. Try and maintain a journal wherein you write down any kind of thoughts that may trouble you or any part of your dream that you may remember. Before sleeping. Deep breathe - 4 counts in through the nose, 7 counts hold and 8 counts out for 3-4 mins and try and clear your mind of any thoughts that might trouble you, before sleeping.
Next Steps
Try doing the above for about 1-2 weeks and you might find a change in the entire feeling.
Health Tips
Do consult a clinical psychologist to get further help! All the best and please don’t worry, you’re going to be absolutely alright! :)
