I feel my heart beat increases, shortness of breath , weakness and changes in behaviour whenever I take a little bit stress about something. It happens suddenly when I think deeply about something bothering me. Why does it happen ? Is it a mental illness or something !?

I can't live without my parents every second of my life I just remembering my mother love which she has for me even my father they are not here so I am Ending my life because I can't survive without them 💔

I am having cycles of episodes Which makes me in pain and fever like conditions . During these days, I go through intense pain similar to pain and tiredness during a viral fever. I recover in 1 week or 2 weeks. Now, this repeats again after a while. I am experiencing this from ever since I am in college, may be for last 20 years. Recently it has hit me hard in the sense it destroyed my marriage and ended in divorce, finance is gone bad, with huge loan , and badly impacted job by which I lost last few jobs .and unable to perform in job . Basically I am not able to live the life I wish, I am not able to enjoy days, most days I am sick tired and sleepy and lethargic or fainting . I know how to come out of all these but I am not able to do or in the last 10 plus years I was not successful in overcoming all these and I was in cycles of pain and recovery and again pain and recovery hoping that some day in future I will be out of my problems which cripples me , free from it forever.

I'm suspecting I have ADHD and the place I'm living currently doesn't have good rated psychologists. Is it possible to detect whether I have ADHD through online consultation?

Hi Doctor I just have the feeling of wanting to go insane. My body feels like exploding. I have been going to bed really late these past 2 days. I woke up at 9am but wanting to wake up earlier. I have worries about my upcoming exam. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you

I have presentation anxiety. Also when teacher asks me a question in class my heart starts racing fast and voice gets so shaky. I feel like I will not be able to speak a single word. Hand tremors are now have become a part of daily life. In 2-3 months I am going to a college for post graduation where I will have to give presentations. I am scared. Please some one tell how to overcome it. Has any doctor treated it before. I live in Noida. Please let me know.

My baby is really very small.. she is just 11 months old but sometimes I lose control of her.. She doesn't want to eat or doesn't want to wear clothes and that makes me really overwhelmed and I seriously feel like hitting her... I try controlling myself but sometimes it's not in control.. please help me with some ways to have control of anger .. i seriously don't want to be an abusive parent
