Hi,
It sounds like you are experiencing symptoms of social anxiety, specifically related to presentations and speaking in front of others. This is a very common issue that many people face. One way to overcome presentation anxiety is to practice and prepare as much as possible. This could involve rehearsing your presentation multiple times, seeking feedback from friends or family, and gradually exposing yourself to more speaking opportunities.
In addition to preparation, there are also therapy options that can help with social anxiety. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a common and effective treatment for anxiety disorders, including social anxiety. A therapist can work with you to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies for anxiety, and practice relaxation techniques to manage physical symptoms like trembling hands.
If you're looking for a doctor in Noida who can help with social anxiety, you may want to consider seeking out a psychologist or psychiatrist who specializes in anxiety disorders. They can provide a proper assessment and recommend the appropriate treatments for your specific needs.
Remember, it's important to be kind and patient with yourself as you work through these challenges. With the right support and strategies in place, you can overcome your presentation anxiety and feel more confident in your speaking abilities.
It's common to experience anxiety in public speaking or classroom situations.
