The symptoms you're describing—increased heart rate, shortness of breath, weakness, and changes in behavior—are often associated with anxiety. Anxiety can manifest physically in response to stressors or intense emotions. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Consider seeking therapy to learn coping strategies such as relaxation techniques or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which can help manage anxiety and improve your overall well-being.

Hi,
These symptoms you are experiencing are likely due to anxiety. Anxiety is a common response to stress and can manifest physically, causing symptoms such as increased heart rate, shortness of breath, weakness, and changes in behavior. While it is not necessarily a mental illness, excessive or prolonged anxiety can have a significant impact on your mental health and overall well-being. It is important to find healthy ways to cope with stress and manage your anxiety, such as practicing relaxation techniques, seeking support from friends or a therapist, and taking care of your physical health through exercise and a balanced diet. If these symptoms persist or significantly impact your daily life, it may be beneficial to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and support.
