Hello! I understand that this must be quite overwhelming for you which only makes it harder. But the key thing to remember is that it's absolutely manageable with a few breathing exercises and talking about what kind of situations trigger the anxiety..
Next Steps
get it touch with a counsellor or a psychiatrist and set up a session.
Health Tips
when the anxiety gets to much to handle try looking for 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste. this is a simple grounding excercise that will help you to focus on things around you and not on your thoughts that are making you anxious.

Hi It looks like you feel anxious in social situations. It will be good if you can assess your personality whether you are an introvert or extrovert. It is important to remember that it is okay to be an introvert or extrovert. It is also good to feel comfortable in your own skin. A psychologist will guide you on how you can explore yourself and feel comfortable in social situations.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Feel free to contact me for counseling session.

Hello there I can understand what you are going through. It might be very hard for you to interact with many people or be social. You might be comfortable alone in your own skin or with very few people. You don't need to deal with this discomfort. Consult a good therapist or a psychologist. Trying to be perfect or trying to imitate like someone else . Will create anxiety. Step one. 1. Do one thing which is completely yours and which adds value in community. Like go to Orphanage and teach drawing to kids. And do it wholehearted. 2. And sit around with family . 3. Everytime during conversation, don't put pressure on yourself to make a difference. Observe and let go. 4. And whenever you feel anxious, drink water.
