Existential anxiety.
I am dealing with extreme anxiety accompanied with physical symptoms like racing heart. I am constantly getting intrusive thoughts and I barely can continue with my daily routine. I get hot flashes and feel a weird tingling sensation in my chest. I cannot simply counter my baseless and irrational thoughts. It is really hard and it is getting harder. I no longer feel anything just constant fear, worry and repeated irrational, irreligious thoughts. I am taking Etizolam but that doesn't make any difference. I hope I can get help here.

From what you have described, the symptoms strongly resemble anxiety with intrusive thoughts, which can feel overwhelming at this age. The racing heart, chest sensations, hot flashes, and constant fear are typical when the nervous system stays in a prolonged stress state. Etizolam only gives temporary relief, which is why your symptoms are persisting. With the right therapeutic support, this can be managed very effectively.
Next Steps
Connect with me for a detailed assessment of your anxiety pattern and intrusive thoughts. Together, we will identify your triggers and create a structured plan to reduce the physical and emotional symptoms. I will guide you through evidence-based techniques to manage intrusive thoughts and provide you with a personalised coping plan.
Health Tips
Practice slow breathing for 3 minutes when symptoms rise. Avoid caffeine and long gaps between meals. Reduce checking your body sensations frequently. Maintain a steady sleep-wake routine. Write down your symptoms for two to three days so we can review them during consultation.

Is your anxiety diagnosed by a psychiatrist? If not you can reach out to a psychiatrist first. Then you can consider taking therapy session. From your question, I understand that you have so much to discuss about but there is lack of listeners around. This is a common problem in the society.
Next Steps
Please reach out to a therapist and talk. It will help. Check your medication once with a psychiatrist.

Hi, I'm truly sorry you're going through such intense anxiety and physical symptoms. It’s important to recognize that these experiences can be overwhelming and distressing, but you're not alone, and help is available. Since you're already taking Etizolam without much relief, I strongly urge you to seek immediate professional help from a healthcare provider or mental health specialist. They can assess your condition thoroughly and may recommend additional or different treatments such as therapy, counseling, or other medications that can better address your anxiety and intrusive thoughts. Remember, managing anxiety often requires a comprehensive approach, including therapy techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation strategies, and support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to a mental health professional or visit a healthcare facility as soon as possible. Your well-being is important, and help is within reach.

Hi! It's brave of you to take the first step towards working on your problems. Symptoms are a signal that there is something going on in your mind- body which needs your attention and action. You already know, that anxiety is extreme worry about what is going to happen in future and the dysfunctional thought that you would not be able to handle it. To start with, it's best to first give yourself an anxiety first -aid ( like splashing cold water on face, reverse counting, grounding techniques, changing posture etc) as soon as you start experiencing symptoms. Once you are calm, you can start thinking deeper to identify and address the triggers ( you can consult a psychologist for this).
Next Steps
Anxiety can be surely managed with professional help. Talk to a psychologist, and if needed consult a psychiatrist.
Health Tips
Seeking therapy is a progressive step towards creating a good life for yourself!

Hi Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have mentioned I would suggest to consult a psychiatrist and explain about symptoms you mentioned which is hot flashes and weird tingling sensation in chest. Also consult a psychologist and explain about your thoughts, fear, and worry. It is important to understand the root cause of fear and worry. I suggest to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist. A psychologist will guide you on how you can have control over your thoughts, overcome fear, and feel calm. When you talk about what you are going through with a psychologist you will feel better.
Next Steps

Hi, It sounds like you’ve been struggling with intense anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and that can be really draining. Since Etizolam isn’t helping much, it’s best to consult a psychiatrist to review your medication as sometimes a different medicine or dosage brings better relief. Along with that, working with a psychologist through CBT or mindfulness therapy can help you manage intrusive thoughts and calm your body’s stress response. With the right treatment mix, it’s possible to feel steady and regain control again.

Hi Etizolam can calm short-term panic but doesn’t fix the root cause. You likely need a combination of CBT for intrusive thoughts, mind–body relaxation training, and possibly a long-term anti-anxiety or antidepressant prescribed by a psychiatrist. You are not “losing control” or “going crazy” your nervous system is simply overstimulated and needs structured therapy and stabilization. This can and does improve with the right care. Take therapy.
