I need to come out from anxiety and sleeping pills.Is it possible? I am on medication from time and now want to come out.

Hi I can really understand how much u are suffering and now want to be off medication. First of all what u need to know is yes it is possible to get rid of anxiety and subsequently the medicines. However, it is the doctor’s decision to do that when he thinks it is time to get u off of them. I fully understand that the wait is unbearable but u need to be patient. Have u consulted a clinical psychologist yet? If not please do so at the earliest because along with medication u need therapy for sustainable results. Otherwise u may relapse once u stop medication.
