I have suffering Anxiety since 3year.Low concentration,Mind Receless, continuous nurversness.
Since 3 month feel speed Heart beat,but physically 85 which in normal.Many timdsy taken treatment,but no results.Following steps do everyday.
1) Self affirmation
2) physical exercise.
3) meditation, but there is no results.
Can any one help for my problems.
