Cyclic episodes of suffering, sickness
I am having cycles of episodes Which makes me in pain and fever like conditions . During these days, I go through intense pain similar to pain and tiredness during a viral fever. I recover in 1 week or 2 weeks. Now, this repeats again after a while. I am experiencing this from ever since I am in college, may be for last 20 years. Recently it has hit me hard in the sense it destroyed my marriage and ended in divorce, finance is gone bad, with huge loan , and badly impacted job by which I lost last few jobs .and unable to perform in job . Basically I am not able to live the life I wish, I am not able to enjoy days, most days I am sick tired and sleepy and lethargic or fainting . I know how to come out of all these but I am not able to do or in the last 10 plus years I was not successful in overcoming all these and I was in cycles of pain and recovery and again pain and recovery hoping that some day in future I will be out of my problems which cripples me , free from it forever.

It must be incredibly frustrating and challenging to deal with these cycles of pain and recovery, especially when they have led to the breakdown of your marriage, financial difficulties, and job loss. It is important to prioritize your health and seek medical help to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms. It may be beneficial to consult with a specialist or seek a second opinion to ensure you are receiving the appropriate treatment. In addition to seeking medical assistance, it is also important to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. It is understandable that you may be feeling overwhelmed and defeated by your situation, but it is crucial to remember that you are not alone and there are resources available to support you. Your description suggests a complex situation involving both physical symptoms and significant life challenges. It's important to seek medical evaluation to understand the nature of your recurring episodes of pain and fatigue. Once medical concerns are addressed, therapy can help you manage the emotional impact of these challenges, develop coping strategies, and explore how to regain control over your life. Therapy may also address any underlying psychological factors contributing to your difficulties, such as stress management, resilience building, and improving self-care practices. Seeking professional support can assist you in navigating these challenges and working towards a more fulfilling life.

Seeking success in life motivates us to engage in activities that mostly keep us mentally and physically 'fit'. But, due to the social conditioning and family values that we imbibe as children make many of us carry a perception of having money, fame etc. are signs of success and success alone is what their life's goal is. I tend to believe that this perception often fails us by preventing us from enjoying (and getting the feeling of wellness from) whatever goodness is readily available to us in life. While I understand your situation reasonably well, all that I can suggest to you is to develop an attitude of finding peace and wellness in the existing situation and work towards improving it gradually. A psychologist can guide you well in that.
