Psychological Counselling

Im already taking anxiety/depression medication. I still have difficulty sleeping, concentrating on work. I have two kids- toddler and an infant. My relationship with my spouse has been problematic from the beginning. Divorce is a word that comes up often. There is lack of communication. I personally need guidance in navigating this through, and also combined marital counselling in figuring out what can be the best course of action for us.

My son is 7 years old and I've noticed that his behaviour has gradually became introverted. He's behaving normal in front of the family but is reticent and shy in front of other family members, while going out to play or in school. His behaviour was not like this earlier but it's noticeable in the last couple of months.

I want to know what I do to recover my mental health because mental health distract me to much I cant focus on anything I dont understand what I do please tell me something what I do please

I am feeling very low always feeling very sad and always do overthinking everytime anywhere I got headache sometimes beacouse of this and without any reason I start crying I want to why this things happen with me and also my chest start paining and I didn't know why I prefer to be alone please give me some solution please

I have suffering Anxiety since 3year.Low concentration,Mind Receless, continuous nurversness. Since 3 month feel speed Heart beat,but physically 85 which in normal.Many timdsy taken treatment,but no results.Following steps do everyday. 1) Self affirmation 2) physical exercise. 3) meditation, but there is no results. Can any one help for my problems.

Feeling breathlessness and pain in whole body,crying and feeling lethargic.No energy to do any work and its feeling like somebody hold so tightly that pressure works in relieving

Whenever i get headache, I associate it with brain haemorrhage and it gives me very much anxiety which worsens my headaches and cause other physical symptoms of anxiety
