Self and Marital issues
Im already taking anxiety/depression medication. I still have difficulty sleeping, concentrating on work. I have two kids- toddler and an infant. My relationship with my spouse has been problematic from the beginning. Divorce is a word that comes up often. There is lack of communication. I personally need guidance in navigating this through, and also combined marital counselling in figuring out what can be the best course of action for us.

I am sure a psychiatrist must have been the one to prescribe pills. You can supplement it with therapy and it will help a lot. Also, like all couple activities require active participation by both, so does working on relationship conflicts. And sometimes it takes time to make it collaborative. It takes time to go to what both your ideal situation should be, if at all it should. Both may not be at the same mental states at the same time.

Sounds to me that you are having a very tough time in managing yourself and your personal life. Just know life can look hard sometimes. However there is always a help. Currently as you are facing difficulty to manage things by yourself, its best that you take an extra help (Psychologist/Counsellor). Medication will lower the symptoms not the problem.
