Hi, The best way to to come back to life is to know that to every problem there is a solution. Might not be the one you wanted but the one that would relieve you. Resolve the issue. I have less information about your current situation. Still I’d like to suggest few things might help:
Next Steps
1. Discover yourself: sometimes our life is taken over by certain problem and issue. Yes they are big. But remember they are not biggest than you. As you have lived longer and you are a survivor. There are so many things you must have done in past achievements. Start reminding yourself those. Write them down. 2.Talk it out: reach out to someone you confide in. Tell them about everything you are going through and how is it making you feel. 3. Start working out. Yes at home. You can search some videos online of fitness trainers and chose the way that makes you feel good. 4. From now on, give yourself some time. Groom yourself, have proper meals and start long lost hobby. 5. If still stuck then reach out for help. Currently emotional health doctors are available on call video call as well. Don’t wait for things to happen, make them happen
Health Tips
You have known your situation for sometime now. It is time to work on them in a way which is helpful for long term basis. Wish you happiness and strength to overcome.

Hi I really appreciate that you have come and spoken about what you are feeling. We've all been there - We could be just minding our own business but WHAM anxiety comes to visit. Maybe it was triggered by an unpleasant experience, by a bad memory in the past or the environment you are in. Either way its there, an unwanted guest. Our immediate response to the uncomfortable feeling is to numb or avoid it. But it gives us temporary relief not a permanent one.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to meet me so we can understand in detail about what you are going through and help you to overcoming your problems .

Hi I appreciate your courage that you are looking for a support and cope with the situation. I understand in this lock down feeling of anxiety could be more, possibly that it can disturb our basic activities also. Whether the anxiety is personal (family /relationship issues) or professional, it will occupy most of the thoughts, leading to negativity. I would suggest you to take experts help along with you can try focusing on the activity which keeps you calm for few minutes. Like ball playing, splash painting or just scratching on  the paper with different colours..
Next Steps
Try to visit the expert / psychologist
Health Tips
Try involve yourself in the activities, meditation, divert in things which you like to do.

Hi, Anxiety is something we feel from time to time. In the days of quarantine this upheaval can be more  and more . It can become an issue ,if it  starts to hamper your daily activities and routine. Anxiety also becomes overpowering  if we start thinking of things along the lines of what if, now what... Etc etc.
Next Steps
Suggestions Make a list of things in your control ,and things out of your control ( For example, in the scenario you are facing in the family, what are the things thst are in your control and things not in your control) This will help you regulate your thought process . Secondly do mindfulness exercises , and or meditation. If you are a creative person , do mandala.
Health Tips
You can google these terms. If it becomes too overwhelming, seek help  from a counsellor.
