It's difficult to suggest some generalised tips and tricks for anxiety/ depression as people have unique problems, triggers, history and personality. With Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) we try to replace unhealthy thoughts, change behavior that is no longer helping us and learn skills to regulate our emotions and feelings. You'll benefit from psychotherapy, as  I am sure you might have already tried everything that is given on the internet. Please reach out.

Hi, Consult a psychologist for psychological assessment.lf you have mild to moderate anxiety, attending counseling sessions will be good enough.lf your problem is severe medications and counseling sessions are required.
