It seems to be a combination of anxiety and depression. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been feeling this way. It sounds like you’re dealing with a lot of difficult emotions and physical symptoms. Your experience of persistent sadness, overthinking, headaches, chest pain, and the need to be alone can be very overwhelming.
Next Steps
These symptoms can be signs of underlying issues that may benefit from professional support. As a psychologist, I’d recommend making an appointment at a clinic where you can speak with a mental health professional. Hi, at your age, it would be because of a lot of reasons that we need to figure it out. Basically, it’s a state of stress and sadness which you are going through. Maybe a lot of negative thoughts that are bothering you and preventing you from moving ahead and doing things that you like, we need to figure out as to what is going wrong, why these thoughts are coming to you and how to change them, but for that you have to consult, of course because we need to talk more in detail about the content of your mind and don’t worry. It can get fine. You just need the right therapist. All the best.

Hi, It sounds like you're going through a challenging time, and it's important to acknowledge your feelings rather than dismiss them. Experiencing sadness, overthinking, chest pain, and frequent crying can be signs of emotional distress or anxiety, which can be overwhelming. It's also common to want to withdraw and be alone when you're feeling this way. The first step toward feeling better is to talk about how you're feeling, whether that’s with a trusted friend, family member, or a mental health professional. They can provide support and help you understand what you're experiencing. Additionally, consider engaging in activities that can help alleviate stress, such as exercise, mindfulness practices, or journaling. Taking small steps towards self-care can make a significant difference. Remember, you’re not alone in this, and seeking help is a strong and positive choice.
