Is it stress or what?
I have a normal lifestyle. I keep myself busy with work or household chores so I don't get the time to have negative thoughts but it appears I often get suicidal thoughts and feel like ending my life. I am a cheerful person. I always smile and keep things easy going but these negative thoughts are making my life a living hell. I tried to talk about it with a friend but I was unable to do so. My brother has noticed that I'm not happy and cheerful I was earlier. I even don't know what is wrong with me.

Sudden/quick nervousness with no reason
Hi,
Trust you find this message in good health.
My Wife has suffering problem of sudden/ quick nervousness, from last 20-25 days. Not regularly but sometimes in a 2-3 days or can say in a week. She feels difficulties in breathing then just for a few mins/ secs. She feels heavy throat during this time.
It might be due to some family reasons. Thyroid is around 6.5 now , light typhoid fever has been cured well now but she feels weakness in body. Pain remain in body , joint n normal also, most of the times headache.
Pls suggest the best remedies and the way forward.

Suicidal thoughts
It's going to be a year now since I'm having suicidal thoughts. Sometimes I get a constant urge to just kill myself. I feel empty, worthless, sleepless. I don't know is it just normal or should I consult someone. I tried talking to a friend about it but the words don't come out of my mouth. Most of the nights I cry myself to sleep for no reasons. I feel like giving up. Don't know what should I do.

I get angry and emotional too quickly

I have been working and living an independent life until I became a mom. My husband has a transferable job so while my new born was 2 months old we had to move to Delhi because of a transfer. I decided to quit my job so that I can give my 100% on my daughter. I thought it wouldn't hurt to be a stay at home Mum but later I realised I cannot be one. It was taking emotional troll on me to just cook, clean and change diapers. Now my daughter is 2.5 year old and we have moved to Mumbai on transfer. We are going to be staying here for next 2-3 years. I want to resume my career and have been applying wherever possible but no luck. Staying at home and dealing with toddlers tantrums all alone as my husband reaches home from work only by 8:30 PM. Our marriage is a happy one and I don't have any issues with my husband but I don't get along with my in-laws and I lost my dad few months before my marriage who was my biggest shoulder of support. Now I don't have anyone to share my feelings

Relationship advice
I'm in relationship with two girls. I want to settlement down and get married now but not able to decide whom to chose. I feel trapped in this love triangle mess and want to come out.
