Body fat increase in Brest and soldiers and weight too, seem blue mark on uper knee area and lags, period time also short from 5 days to 1 or 2 days

My current girlfriend cheated on me even after I told her my traumas regarding cheating from my previous relationship. I helped through her education, finance and everything in her day to day life. I feel very depressed, I feel like dying everyday, everytime I get up from my bed. I don't know what to do. I am so much confused and I didn't even know where did I get wrong. My traumas were exploited and I feel so used up. I don't trust anyone and it hurts me because I was never so insecure about anyone. I feel terrible. My best friend also doesn't call me because she thinks I ghosted her as I took time for myself. I don't have anyone, I think.

Had symptoms like severe breathlessness, numbness in head, cold feet, body was immovable, shivering and fast heartbeat. It lasted for about 50 minutes, as a series of high and low. I used to calm down then again after a few minutes it used to peak and this continued for 50 minutes or more. Had it earlier when i was at the age of 17, post that had just mild attacks, which lasted for about a minute or so, but this was the longest so far. Please guide me what should i do further with this. Feeling total exhaustion post that.

Im completed depressed about my past life. Too much pain and thoughts I don't invite what to do. No sleep from 11 days nor slept for even a minute idk what to do

I can't express my anger in front of everyone, but when I am alone I express that anger, and it triggers me to do harm with myself. I cant control my anger when I am alone.

Iam looking forward for experienced,specialist whose patients recovered from this problem.I want to undergo cbt,ERP therapies.Also want to know actually how much it costs for entire therapy so that I can decide whether I can afford or not and how many sessions will be conducted.A good therapist can give me hope pls because I'm undergoing it from ten years and took our my life.Thanks in advance..

Hi, My name is gifta. I work in international marketing field. Lately I feel lack of interest towards work. It used to be fun earlier. I beleive I have ADHD. I have new profile at work and I cannot concentrate on work at all. Very recently I lost my mom to Covid-19 and I blame myself for taking her to her brothers funeral in Chennai, after returning from there in 5 days she showed symptoms and on 15th May she passed away.
