I went to the special educator and OT for my 5y 2m old son's handwriting issues. He cannot write yet. Along with the diagnosis of low muscle tone in shoulders for which activities and treatment has started, I was also told that he has exceptional articulation and cognition. They said it is generally not found at this age. I want to know how do these kids turn out to be in later stages, and what can i do to support his abilities and bring out his full potential. I also have a 3m old to take care. But i dont want that in all the process, his abilities get diminished/lost somewhere...

I was engaged some months back..but now m not willing to marry so i told fiance tat i m not ready for it ..now my mom will tell his parents of this..so we are seeking some proof of the reason  so that we can get out of this easily. ..can i give some some physical lacking reasons etc..or can you give some ideas like wat reasons we can give to them so that they don't feel anythin outrageous ...pleaseee help me out...

Hello, I have been taking Clonazepam 0.5 MG + Escitalopram 10 for almost 5 years for panic attack & anxiety. Now I want stop this medicine. Please suggest how to stop & minimise withdrawal symptom.

One of my friend often feel sad and helpless. He is scared of loosing job for no reason, loosing everything for no reason. He is already taking one medicine pregablin and nortiphylin tablet. Sometimes he get chills while thinking is what he informed me. He eats alot when he is thinking. Not sure if this is normal or anything to be worried about. He is always sad most of the times.

2 months ago i got my echo report. And it shows mild heart leakage. And doc said its normal. But my mind is not excepting this. N put me in depression. Only single thought coming in mind. That i am dying. How to overcome this

I have social anxiety...whenever teacher asks me a question my heart starts beating very fast voice becomes shaky...I have been facing this since I was 12 and now I am 22...I am tired of being embarrassed again and again...I don't want to take medications...counseling sessions are expensive...kindly tell me the way to get rid of it!

Hi, Is there any medication treatment for binge eating disorders? Or a psychological? I try to control it but end up eating excess food and then feel guilty of eating it.
