Identify your “zone” - the time when you are the most productive. In my case, it is early morning. Work in the zone to attain the maximum output. Stay fresh. Have a sound sleep. Take a nice bath. Exercise a bit. You will lose out 1–2 hours with this but the long term productivity gains would be worth it! Start with subjects you dislike - you are fresh and have the mental capacity to do things you dislike. When you are tired after a long day, it is easier to study a subject you like than one you dislike! Take enough breaks. You are not a machine. Play a sport, listen to music, talk to friends and family - anything. Ideally, 10 hours of study a day should include 8 hours of real study and 2 hours of fun! Do not focus on hours - focus on more objective parameters like no of questions practiced, number of pages memorized if that is your deal, number of test papers or hours of online video watched, etc.

Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist about discontinuing medication. It requires medical supervision. Typically, dosage is reduced and the medication is gradually discontinued. It varies from case to case basis. Simultaneously, start taking Counselling Sessions on weekly basis and when your condition becomes becomes better in 6-8 months you can completely go off medications (with medical supervision).
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for discontinuing medication. Consult a Psychologist to start taking Counselling Sessions. CBT along with Motivational Counselling and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
