Dear practo user, social anxiety and especially the kind that you describe is quite common. i want to assure you that you are having the courage to talk about it, whereas many suffer in silence. there is no quick fix solution for this. you can consult with a psychologist/counselor who will help you learn thinking and action strategies to deal with this problem.
Next Steps
till you are ready to approach a therapist, you can checkout mindfullness practice and relaxations practices that are available on youtube. there are also some very good mental health apps like wysa that are useful to learn general coping skills

Hi... There are no quick fixes in Therapy. We can't suggest some immediate cure to long term (12 to 22 years of age) problems. You have to undergo proper treatment to see results. The way you have explained, it may or may not be social anxiety. It may also be just a stage fright or low confidence in public speaking. Please do not self diagnose yourself reading symptoms online. It does not help. Your issues may not require medication but 6-8 months to 1-2 years of Therapy with weekly sessions may be required. Exact prognosis/treatment plan will be shared when you take your first session with the therapist.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis.
