Hi, first of all very important is to address what is causing you anxiety and depression okay and how you can work on that better that is in your control that is out of your control. If it is in your control then there are techniques that you can you know gain from a therapist and start working on it if it is out of your control then there is no point you can just keep a routine. Keep a mental health balance by practising meditation, having a good exercise routine and writing down your thoughts and writing affirmation which says you know that you are in control you are doing your best. You are strong your confident and and pray to which ever God you’re comfortable. With

Hi Thanks for reaching out. How long has it been since you have been feeling anxious and depressed? I suggest to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist. In order to provide solutions you will have to explain about what you are going through in detail with a mental health professional. If you feel anxiety is interfering with day to day life and if you feel you are not able to enjoy activities you once enjoyed a combination of medication and psychotherapy will help you feel better. With the help of a mental health professional you can work on feeling better one step at a time.
Next Steps

If you specifically ask for a solution, then the solution itself is you. Let's say the solution is to cope with the anxiety and depression, to get yourself in a better place. 1.You are the solution, concentrate on yourself. 2. Respect your body needs - food, sleep, exercise. 3. Write down 3 positive things that happened daily 4. Whenever you get negative thoughts, write down everything and try figuring out how logical the thought was 5. Put effort for things that you can change and let go of things that are not in your hand, it will only drain you mentally and physically 6. Read books 7. Meditation or any other mindfulness activities like yoga, drawing etc 8. Dance your worry out 9. Always do one at a time Like this lotz can be said but sharing your worries and issues can only be done with a therapist. Once you start sharing your worries and wats going around you in a safe space where you will not be judged - you will start feeling better. A therapist will help you choose which coping technique works better and follow you very closely for improving yourself. It is okay to get help for yourself.
Next Steps
Get help from a counseling psychologist
Health Tips
1. healthy food 2. exercise 3. mindfulness 4. sleep the above things are very basic to improve your mental health and all 4 compliment each other. when you do one other will fall in place.

If you are in the grip of anxiety and depression for a reasonably long period of time, say a few weeks, I would suggest you to consult a doctor (psychiatrist) to manage the symptoms. Once you start feeling better, please consult a psychologist to work out any feasible long-term strategy to deal with the matters in your life that are anxiety-producing (with anxiety eventually leading to depression). I am suggesting consulting a psychiatrist (despite the fact that most people try to avoid it) because anxiety and depression are significant symptoms of mental health conditions needing professional care.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through anxiety and depression. Incorporating mindfulness and breathwork into your routine can be beneficial. Engage in mindfulness by staying present, focusing on your breath, and observing thoughts non-judgmentally. Deep breathing exercises, such as inhaling deeply, holding, and exhaling slowly, can help regulate your nervous system. Additionally, consider adding regular exercise to your routine, as it has been shown to positively impact mental health. Seeking professional help is crucial. Therapy, including services provided by Mind Sculpt, offers personalized support, coping strategies, and a safe space to navigate these challenges.
