Often feel sad and helpless
One of my friend often feel sad and helpless. He is scared of loosing job for no reason, loosing everything for no reason. He is already taking one medicine pregablin and nortiphylin tablet. Sometimes he get chills while thinking is what he informed me. He eats alot when he is thinking. Not sure if this is normal or anything to be worried about. He is always sad most of the times.

It seems to be stress disorder leading to mild depression. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

Hello Seems like he may be suffering from anxiety disorder. Psychotherapy treatment will help to improve his mental health. He needs to speak about that what kind of anxiety thoughts disturbing him regularly, how it is affecting his daily activities and of course he needs to do some Relaxation techniques as well. So pls let him consult with a Psychologist for further assessment. Don't worry. Give some support to him.
