Hi... Few questions: 1. Did it started happening after a particular incident or randomly? 2. Are there any major changes in your life recently? 3. Is there anything that happened long back that you have repressed? Please start taking counselling sessions. This can be a normal swing in mood or early signs of some underlying condition.
Next Steps
Start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist.
