Hey there! I understand how difficult it must be not knowing the very purpose of being here. The past year has not been easy on anyone, but let me tell you that you are one step closer to taking better steps to take care of your concern because you managed to reach out for help! Believe it or not this is one of the hardest things to do when you are going through a difficult phase; accepting to yourself that you probably need some help. The best thing for you to do is to consult a mental health professional. A psychologist is an educated and qualified professional who will help you deal with your struggles better by using different types of therapy. After the consultation, the therapist will curate a session plan that would suit your needs from therapy. A lot of people think that therapy is only for people who are undergoing severe mental health conditions. However this is not true! Therapy is for everyone who needs mental health support in big ways or small! While you figure out your therapy plan, here are some things you could do alongside therapy that will help you a little if not a lot: Self reflection -Try to pen down the major struggles you faced during the past year. What were the things that made you feel the least energised? What were the things that made you feel happy? What were the things that made you feel sad? Jot them all down. Sometimes asking questions alone might give you the answers you need to move forward. Explore new things- If there were things you always wanted to try, but took a backseat in between how hectic your life was, go back to them. Find time for the things you are interested in and try them out. The world is full of weird and beautiful things, and you should see at least some of them! Practise mindfulness- Practising even ten to fifteen minutes of mindfulness can have amazing effects on your mental health. Mindfulness will help you focus on the present moment and also help you to practise gratitude. It will keep your foot on ‘now’ and help you figure out the future gradually and not all together. Reach out to your support group - Sometimes when life goes off balance a little support and lots of love is what puts us right back on track. Talk to your loved ones, share your struggles and let them be there for you. Sometimes the simplest of the things they say can make the best changes! Don’t give up, your purpose is coming to find you!

Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. I understand that you're going through a difficult time but I appreciate you for reaching out for help, it takes courage. It sounds like you're feeling very low with no purpose in life, which every human would experience at some point in their life. It could be due to many reasons like past trauma events, negative life incidents like family, relationship, financial issues as you've mentioned, low self-esteem, bottled up emotions, etc of which only you could be aware of. To consciously unravel the reasons for your concerns, therapy is essential. And therapists/mental health professionals also work on building self-esteem and confidence and I would be glad to help you in this.

Hi. It's the time for relaxation. Face life as it is. Match with the flow of life unconditionally. Sleep a lot peacefully. See the sun rise and sun set. Watch the color of sky during the process. Take photos of your sad mood. Match them with nature's elements.
