Social anxiety treatment
I have social anxiety...whenever teacher asks me a question in college my heart beat gets fast voice becomes shaky...i want to look confident while speaking...I am tired of being embarrassed again and again...counseling sessions are expensive...kindly tell me things I can try by myself plz

Hello Need to know more about your anxiety and  symptoms. Except school how will be your involvement in another social settings like (crowed places, marriages, birthday parties etc.). You can consult with a Psychologist for better assessment and improvement. Some simple advice: 1. Increase social situations gradually 2. Before going into the social situations do some relaxing things. 3. Need to Reframe your thoughts (may be need professional support).
