Psychological Counselling

I have depression and anxiety for past many years now. I am currently also consulting with a psychiatrist. I am taking celepra and sodium valproate for almost 3 months now.  Symptoms: cognitive issues, like its very hard for me to remeber a sequence of tasks and end up freezing or thinking for minutes about what was that i was forgetting. As soon as i try to focus on work my vision becomes blurry and it becomes very hard to concentrate. Day by day i feel like stop doing everything and give up. I am fed up nothing seems to work. Plz help

Hello doc. I married a woman 2.5 months ago and its a totally arrange marriage before marriage we met 3 times and we knows each other for 2 months only. As our parents want to so... Now some problem occurred nowadays 1.   She is introvert and i am extrovert so she thinks i can easily cheat her . 2.  As i have 3 past relationships and she don't have so she think i am not the type of guy and she believe past relationships are also affect myself and thats why she dont have mentally satisfaction 3 . She think i am not platonic person. Yes i am not a platonic person.. But she think she accept me 80% and rest of the 20% not . . Nowadays we quarrel each other. Sometimes i lost my temperament i shout. She always tell me she want separation but i dont believe separation can workout specially in our middle class family. I always try to tell her family means togetherness separation leads to hell. . . And she always find answers from google. Negative think attract her mind always.

Am saying again and again on this app that i have GAD issues and experienced manic attacks many times .I took help from one psychologist ,did not work out .i am infp t personality type and only want to seek help from from infp or infj psychologist .can anybody help me ? Is there any infp psychologist?

Read this book but still am not able keep myself attached to real world with my natural strengths .Dipression is normal for me now .i dont have any axis disorder but i dont consider myself to be worthy of this world .am againt communism ,money, potential,inequality,knowledge and some more .

Hi 28f...After marriage I have faced too much torture from in laws and husband ...husband never supported me it's 4 years of marriage we have 10000 of fights he hitting me breaking my hand me hitting him back .Having 2 years old baby boy he will be shivering while we are fighting...I am unable to forget how he left me and my son for 4 years just to fulfill his parents and brother and sisters wishes .my parents never supported me I have faced so much humiliation..I used to work before marriage but they stopped me from working demanding salary from me else to quit my job.Even if he tells he will look after me nicely he isn't supporting me anytime instead he is just telling words but no actions.I am unable to believe him and forget the past .I don't want my kid to face all these he might become depressed bcz of all these in future as I was due to my parents fights....Plz help me forget all past ...

I feel cold and internal swollen or heavy weight feeling every day when I wake up. I feel my mind is racing with thoughts or dream while I am asleep making it so. I cannot sleep easily too I get up early like in 5 hours too and cannot sleep again

I want to quit fluoxetine 20mg because its side effect are unbearable for me. I have been taking this medicine from last 20days. How should i quit it?
