Hi It is important to know what is causing brain fog. You feel you experience racing thoughts and you are not able to sleep well. It is known that stress can cause brain fog. To feel better you can consult a psychologist and explain about racing thoughts and what you are going through. Do not worry with the guidance of a psychologist you will feel better.

PMR "Breathe in, and tense the first muscle group (hard but not to the point of pain or cramping) for 4 to 10 seconds. Breathe out, and suddenly and completely relax the muscle group (do not relax it gradually). Relax for 10 to 20 seconds before you work on the next muscle group. Notice the difference between how the muscles feel when they are tense and how they feel when they are relaxed. When you are finished with all of the muscle groups, count backward from 5 to 1 to bring your focus back to the present. After you have learned how to tense and relax each muscle group, here's something else to try. When you have a very tense muscle, you can practice tensing and relaxing that muscle area without going through the whole routine" Reference

Hi... These are all signs and symptoms of an underlying condition. Please get yourself assessed by a clinician (psychiatrist/psychologist). You might be going through some issues and have been repressing them and now they are coming out in the form of such symptoms. Also, I hope you are not consuming any psychedelic substances or weed. Excessive use of even cigarettes/alcohol has the potential to develop such symptoms.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance is required.
