You need to taper it down along with the support of homeopathic medication and counseling sessions. It would be best solution for your concern. If you stop it abruptly, then you may face side effects or after effects.

Hi.... Starting or ending a medication has to be done under medical supervision. You can consult  the same psychiatrists or another one for the same. He can change the medication or reduce the dose to avoid the side effects. Also, consider taking psychotherapy/counselling for your concerns.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for Medication and a Psychologist for Counselling. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance is required.

Please consult a medical specialist or the same doctor who prescribed it to you. Please do not self diagnose or self medicate. It is important to consult with the professional about side effects and alternatives. Take care.
Next Steps
Consult the doctor.
