I used to drink 5 drink whisky daily since 5 years,now i quit alcohol suddenly..but i feel continues headache..what i do.

Withdrawal symptoms like headaches, sleep deprivation, hand tremors etc are common when someone tries to quit alcohol or any other substance per say. Our body needs some alternative or the other when suddenly something is stopped altogether and therefore the better alternative here is anti-craving medications.
