Hi. Thank you for sharing your inner world. This may not have been easy, however it is courageous of you to seek professional help. It is ideal that you inform your Psychiatrist about all your current concerns and explain in detail what you are going through. Mental health counseling/ psychotherapy with a Psychologist will also help to understand how you can relieve stress and anxiety, improve memory and develop personalised and customised coping strategies that work for you. In addition you can try- 1. Following a consistent sleep- wake routine. 2. Spend time in the sun 3. Exercise your body 4. Practice puzzles/ sudoku to improve cognitive skills 5. Practice deep breathing and guided meditation (free videos available on YouTube) 6. Talk to a trusted adult 7. Listen to music you like 8. Play a sport 9. Journal your inner feelings 10. Set realistic goals For more mental health tips and insights, follow @TherapyWithShaurya on Instagram. By clicking on the link in profile bio there, you will also be able to download a free copy of a daily self care journal and free mental health safety plan. Hope this helps. Take good care.

Hi... These issues seems to have developed in the past and now they have become debilitating. Depression and anxiety are very common these days, especially among young adults. I suppose your career/academic struggles have also played a part and maybe some interpersonal and family issues may also be responsible. I have worked intensively upon such cases during my tenure with BITS Pilani Goa.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Motivational Counselling and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
