Hello dr my sister in law want to family but as previous hsg test show her both fallopian tube is close and after 3 month medication she done ssg test which show tight external os and fallopian tube block. Is that ivf is only way for baby or other method present and due to internal os tight ivf success rate affected by this please suggest

Suddenly from few months my cycle got to 24 days periods cycle and earlier it was 26 days cycle. why it got shorter than earlier is it something wrong

My TSH level on aug 12th 2023 was 1.71.  I have undergone ivf egg pick up on Dec 13th 2023. Currently I am taking decapeptyl 0.1mg from 6th Feb and progynova (estradiol valerate) 12mg per day from 16th Feb in order to prepare for frozen embryo transfer. Yesterday my TSH test was done and the result came as 6.4. my endometrium thickness as measured yesterday was 8.6mm. I never had a thyroid problem before and don't have any symptoms even now. Why did my TSH level jump so much in 6 months? Is it because of the medication I am using? Will the tsh level correct itself after embryo transfer and come back to normal.
