Hello doctor, this month i missed my period by 7 days. My upt test was also negative. I have no symptoms of periods like cramping.. Can i take Primolut N to resume back my delayed period? Kindly prescribe any other medicine if any. Please help. Im a breastfeeding mother of 17 months baby.

My TSH level on aug 12th 2023 was 1.71.  I have undergone ivf egg pick up on Dec 13th 2023. Currently I am taking decapeptyl 0.1mg from 6th Feb and progynova (estradiol valerate) 12mg per day from 16th Feb in order to prepare for frozen embryo transfer. Yesterday my TSH test was done and the result came as 6.4. my endometrium thickness as measured yesterday was 8.6mm. I never had a thyroid problem before and don't have any symptoms even now. Why did my TSH level jump so much in 6 months? Is it because of the medication I am using? Will the tsh level correct itself after embryo transfer and come back to normal.

Doctors do dnc with instrument or with hand itself . Like who don't have instrument and they do it with hand .

My sister recently went through a surgery for uterus infection 5 days before. One day after surgery she is suffering from high fever though she is under treatment and continuing antibiotics but still every day at the same time high temperature around 100 or sometimes more is increasing. Please suggest the reason for high fever. Thank you,

I had a c section on 3rd of jan 24 after that i had on and off bleeding for more then a month which wasn't stopping so i consulted a doctor who prescribed norlut n for 21 days i started taking the medication today after 18 days of taking norlut n i had an unsual bleeding . What shld i further do now???
