Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi Dr In my last cycle i found 4 cysts on day 2 . 3 are on left ovary and 1 in right all measuring around 2.5 to 2.4 cms. My gynaec gave diane 35 contraceptive pills for 2 mnths. I completed already for one mnth. Should i continue pils next mnth also or should stop? will the cysts might have gone by now? Will pills have bad effect on fertility.? Can i plan IUI this cycle or take pills this cycle and plan next cycle?

My gynecologist told me if I have severe blood loss in operation table then cesarean hysterectomy needed. So I am very frighted because I am only 32 in this age hysterectomy really needed? Hi doctor, Is it common to feel exhausted after taking the HPV vaccine? It's been a week now since vaccination and I feel continuously tired. Even after having 6-7 hours of sleep, I feel like sleeping more and less energy overall. I'm a lactating mother of a three month old baby.
