Hello doctor I am 21 weeks pregnent. My age is 32. Recently I did my anomaly scan it shows placenta accreta. My gynecologist told me if I have severe blood loss in operation table then cesarean hysterectomy needed. So I am very frighted because I am only 32 in this age hysterectomy really needed? In 2023 I had D&C.. I attached my reports Please help. 22Nd march my doctor give me placenta droopler test.

Hi doctor, Is it common to feel exhausted after taking the HPV vaccine? It's been a week now since vaccination and I feel continuously tired. Even after having 6-7 hours of sleep, I feel like sleeping more and less energy overall. I'm a lactating mother of a three month old baby.

Yesterday i did scan again and fetal heart rate at 7 weeks 2 days was 94 bpm but at 6 weeks was 138 bpm. Are there any chances of survival, Report says inevitable abortion.

Hello dr my sister in law want to family but as previous hsg test show her both fallopian tube is close and after 3 month medication she done ssg test which show tight external os and fallopian tube block. Is that ivf is only way for baby or other method present and due to internal os tight ivf success rate affected by this please suggest

Suddenly from few months my cycle got to 24 days periods cycle and earlier it was 26 days cycle. why it got shorter than earlier is it something wrong

My afi is 6.9 at 24 weeks ultrasound and it was afi 8 at 20 week's ultrasound...i m taking 4litre water daily,coconut water,argipreg sachets protein rich diet daily but still its not working...also i have high resistance blood flow in both uterine arteries..so i m taking ecospirin 75mg from 13th week till now ...i have attached my level 2 scan report ... plz suggest what can i do...????i m so tensed....Whats in my case ????I want to know detail of my case??

Hello doctor, this month i missed my period by 7 days. My upt test was also negative. I have no symptoms of periods like cramping.. Can i take Primolut N to resume back my delayed period? Kindly prescribe any other medicine if any. Please help. Im a breastfeeding mother of 17 months baby.
