Does conception rate increases after laparoscopy surgery? What is the conception rate after Laparoscopy? And how many months of surgery we can start naturally planning again? Please advice.

Hello, I had my 2nd C section 6 months back. Since 4 days, I'm having pain around may belly button on touching, when I'm sitting and standing up, and at times it is aching. I thought it would reduce by itself. But the pain is not decreasing. What could be the reason? Whom do I need to consult ? My gynaecologist or anyone else. I'm unable to understand. Kindly help.
