If we are doing ovulation induction & ovulating by taking medicine, still will there be impact of hormonal imbalance on conception? As per my understanding, hormonal imbalance cause anovulatory cycle. As long as we ovulate by taking medicine, then there shouldn't be any impact on hormonal imbalance in getting conceive. Is my understanding correct? Kindly suggest.

Hello, My mother age is 43. She is suffering with heavy bleeding and abdominal pain. When we have done the scanning to her we came to know that the uterus has been enlarged. The report shows like this : "BULKY UTERUS WITH THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM. FEW SMALL CYSTIC LESIONS (LARGEST MEASURING 14X11mm) NOTED IN CERVIX. -LIKELY NABOTHIAN CYSTS." We are literally worried . Could someone please explain this? Please also suggest what to do ? Thanks

When should medroxyprogesterone should ideally be taken ? Which day of the menstrual cycle and if it's taken on random days, will it cause any issues? May i know the impact of taking medroxyprogesterone on different days of the cycle. How will it impact?

My gynecologist has recently prescribed Letrozole 2.5mg, instructing me to take it twice after breakfast and twice after dinner, totaling 10mg per day. Previously, I was only taking 2.5mg once daily. I'm concerned about the safety of this dosage increase. Could you provide some guidance or reassurance on whether it's safe to take four tablets per day?

Hello Doc, I had a mtp on 27th of jan under medical supervison. I bled almost 11 days after pills, 28 th of feb i am having bleeding again..is it because of period? Generally my cycle is 28 days.

I started taking norlut n tablet and before the end of taking tablets i started bleeding and today is the third day, the bleeding is now heavy I'm experiencing weakness and stomach cramps which is getting worse

Hi, I had PID few days back and was given antispasmodic medication ( T meftal spas )for 3 days and oflox antibiotic 400mg for 3 days. I also had white discharge so I was given clingen forte for 7 days. I feel my pid is not fully gone, as the course was too short. Should I restart the course of oflox 400 mg and t meftal spas for 10 days and see? The reason I said I feel it's not gone is because I at times still feel a slight pain in the lower abdomen like I used to during PID infection.

My period was over on 17th Feb and then it again started on 25th Feb.. This time it's black and brown lumps type thing that is coming out.. sometimes it's blood but 90% times it's black/brown residue.. It's not a regular flow.. it's coming out when I pee
