My periods are 10 days late and i wanted to delay them further since i need to attend an event. What medication should i take?

My doctor told to do NT scan today its 11 weeks 2 days. Will the results be accurate at 11 weeks or it might show wrong if baby is too small now Please need advice

Hello Dr. I had my last period in 20th Jan, for Feb I have missed my periods, as we are already trying to conceive when will be the best time to do a pregnency test. According to the app I was due on 23th Feb but regarding the last cycle it's been 8 days from 20th Feb as well.

I wanted to delay my periods. Ordered norethisterone for that. Is it safe? What should be the dosage?

Usg done on a heavy flow of menstruation with a lot of pain.    Uterus Endometrial appears normal (Thickness ~4. Imm) Bilateral ovaries are normal in size, shape & echotexture. Normal in size (~79x34mm), shape & echotexture. No adnexal mass seen. Dominant Follicle in left Ovary (~10x13mm) No evidence of ascites or pleural effusion/lymphadenopathy. "Is the report normal?*

Can we use meftal tablet for period cramps as in the recent times it was reported to be causing some issues but the tablet was prescribed to me by a doctor when i approached them for period cramp.so can i continue using the tablet??? Does it affect my fertility??
