Is it true sometimes rpoc come out thru period itself.. and after taking Misoprostal when my next period start

My last period ended on 16 February 2024. Today morning i woke up with diarrhea and at evening suddenly i started having left side pelvic pain. Its not very painful but as i move i can feel pain. At night i started noticing brown color stain on my underwear and now i am having very bright red to orange bleeding. Bleeding is not like periods. Its enough to stain my clothes but not enough to be called periods. The bleeding and pain is still there. This is first time this happened to me.

I am at DPO13 , and late evening i could see light bleeding and also while peeing i can see the very little blood flow. But there is no spotting on Pad. Is this sign of implantation or i just got my periods?

Is ovitrelle  250mcg 6500 IU enough for rupture of egg For eg.. if I am taking this injection on 22 Feb It shows ni rupture signs till 26 Feb Is this normal
