As per dr suggestion I am taking isofit 10mg since 2 months,to regulate my periods and good fertility If I will not take isofit tab on 16th day of my periods what will be the impact

Yesterday i did scan again. Attached the report. Should we wait? do we have any chance. What to do. Please help

I have undergone follicle study in nov23 on cycle day 15follicle ruptured et 8mm. In dec 23 on cycle day 14 follicle ruptured with et 9mm. But in this cycle I don't have any dominant follicle and on day 20 et was on 4.5mm. I have fairly regular cycle of 31-33 days. AMH 2.9 (may23). What can cause sudden anovulation with min et growth?Can this anovulaory cycle be just one time thing? Will I get my period on time or will I need to have medicine to get period?
