Not exact charge but minimum and maximum charge of dnc. Differ from doctor to doctor I know but want to take idea

I have irregular periods occasionally and recently it's been relatively regular. I did my USG last June and it was all okay. I have also done a TSH profile test and the results were fine. Can you kindly tell me if I need to do other hormonal profile tests such as FSH, LH, Prolactin etc? And if so what are the hormone levels that I have to evaluate? Kindly let me know.

Can medical abortion on 5th week of conception block fallopian tubes if it is done under a supervision of gynaecologist ? I had one abortion and post abortion also done sonographic to confirm there are no retention product of conception. It was done on 34 days of conception by taking medicine. Also, done as per the procedure followed by a gynaecologist doctor. Kindly advice.
