Till what period endometrium thickness increases? Does thickness growth stop after ovulation? Or endometrium thickness continue to increase till next period cycle? Please advice.

I got my leuprolide shot on 21 day of my cycle, from the same day onwards norethisterone 10 mg +estradiol was started for 7 days( twice daily). It's been 3 days of stopping the medicine. Hi. I am undergoing treatment for infertility and have been asked to take sifasi injection 3 times post ovulation. The last injection is supposed to be taken just 3 days before the beta hcg test as recommended. Can it show a false positive result as I have taken the injection just 3 days before the test?
