After completing the course of crina ncr 10 mg for 20 days. I am having a dry brown tissue like discharge, instead of periods. Is it a cause for concern??

I was having symptoms of perimenopause. I had extended periods for 8 days with normal flow. It was followed by spotting for 5 days. Then again my periods came for 6 days. I did my scan on 7th day of second perion and my endometrium thickness was 7 mm. Doctorgave me progesterone for 15 days. After stopping it my periods came. But the bleeding is significantly reduced.
