Hi doctor my sister had abdominal open hysterectomy surgery and it has been 42 days but she still feel swelling inside near to the stitches at abdomen is that normal or should we connect a doctor. Thank you

Yesterday i did scan again and fetal heart rate at 7 weeks 2 days is 101 bpm but at 6 weeks was 138 bpm. Dear Doctor, I am 49 yrs old house wife and recently I have been experiencing heavy bleeding hence I consulted a near by gyno and got the uterus scanned (attached the report). I feel weak during my period due to excessive bleeding since I am approaching menopause do I need to remove the uterus now or take medication for the same. Please do let me know. Thanks in advance.
