I have fphl my hair is getting thinner day by day and also have facial hair I have tested for pcos but my hormones and ultra sound came back normal do I still have pcos

During my 20 weeks 0 days anomaly scan...we found short nasal bone of 4.9mm. My Double marker test report showed low risk for T21 , T18 and T13 chromsomal abnormality test. There was no ancestral case in both of husband or wife family for any abnormality. Pls suggest should I go for NIPT test or amniocentesis or should I repeat scan in 1-2 weeks.

I have been prescribed dienogest for endometriosis treatment for 3 months. And I did not get my periods for these 3 months. My medicine course will end this month. So within how much will my periods resume? Also how can I assume my expected periods date now?
